1. Make a boundary.
Light boxes with smaller sizes generally use 30mmX40mm and 40mmX50mm wood squares as borders; If the size of the light box is large, the materials and manufacturing methods of the cantilever structure frame such as the awning can be adopted. The frame materials are jointed with tenons and connected with glue. If a steel frame is used, it can be welded.
2. Place the lamp holder and lay the wires.
Determine the position of the lamp holder according to the size of the lamp, and tighten the lamp holder or lamp foot. According to the lead-in direction of the lamp line, the lead-in port is set to facilitate future maintenance.
Covering panel
The panel of the light box is mostly plexiglass, which is easy to process and not afraid of wind and rain because of its soft light transmission. The panel and the frame can be connected by screws. Before connection, drill a hole of 1.5mm on the plexiglass plate to prevent the panel from cracking when screwing nails.
Installing metal frame
According to the size of the outer edge of the light box, aluminum alloy or stainless steel corner strips are cut with a profile cutter or hacksaw, and nail holes are drilled every 500— 600mm 1.5mm in Shanghai, then the metal corner strips are covered on the outer corners of the light box edge, and the side frames are nailed or screwed to complete the basic shape of the light box. After the relevant fonts or patterns are pasted on it, the light box is completed.
