In word, it is quite troublesome to absolutely align columns with spaces, and it may not guarantee success. Therefore, it is common practice to use tabs and tables.

1, TAB key usage: type the tab key in all places where spaces are needed, so that there is a space between words, which is a constant value, and there will be no error due to the distance between words and the position of the next tab, as shown in the following figure:

2. Making wireless tables: Make a table in word, set the table rows to wireless, and then fill in the text as required, so that the corresponding operation objectives can be achieved, and the later adjustment is quite convenient, as shown in the following figure:
