Tools/Materials: 4 crispy sausages (100g), 2 spicy green peppers and 2 eggs.
Onion, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce and oil.
0 1 crispy sausage peeled off the outer packaging and sliced with a knife.
Wash the green pepper with clear water, control the moisture, and cut into pieces.
Beat the eggs into a dish and stir them into egg liquid. Cut the onion and ginger into sections.
Stir-fry the eggs in a pan until half-cooked, and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add pepper after the oil is heated, and add crispy sausage and stir fry over low heat.
Stir-fry until the crispy sausage is soft, add onion and ginger, then add green pepper and stir-fry quickly, add cooking wine, salt and a little soy sauce.
Stir-fry until the green pepper is cut off, add the fried eggs, stir-fry the eggs slightly, add monosodium glutamate, turn off the fire and take out the spoon.
