How to open the pot?
You can choose to use detergent and raw fat pork to open the pot.

1. It's the first time to wash with hot water and detergent. Cleaning with detergent is to better remove impurities in the pot.

2. Dry the pot washed with detergent and put it on the stove. Next, we will dry it with a big fire. When the bottom is brown, we will rotate the iron pan to make it evenly heated. After heating, the iron pan will be changed to medium fire or small fire.

3. Prepare a few pieces of fat pork, clip one piece, put it in the iron pot as soap, and grind it spirally from the inner ring to the outer ring at the bottom of the pot. Fat pork will leak oil quickly when it meets hot pot. When it leaks oil, don't stop wiping, and then it will spill more and more oil and get darker and darker. When it gets dark, take out the pork and pour the lard out of the pot.

4. Connect the iron pot with lard to the hot water to wash the pot, and dry it by fire. After drying, change to a small fire. We will put another piece of fat pork on the inner wall of the pot and then wipe it again.

5. Repeat the above steps for three times. After drying for the last time, put a layer of vegetable oil on the pot and then wipe it clean, so that the pot is ready.
