Practice steps:
1. Cut chicken into pieces (chicken legs, chicken wings and whole chicken can be used) and marinate for more than 30 minutes;
Sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce+1 tablespoon cooking wine+1 tablespoon soy sauce+a little salt+a lot of pepper powder.
2. Stir-fry chicken nuggets in hot oil until they are broken, add onion, garlic, shredded onion, a handful of peppers and dried peppers, and then add half a piece of chafing dish bottom material and half a spoonful of sugar;
3. Add side dishes that are slightly difficult to cook, add clear water without ingredients, cover and cook for 10 minute;
4. Finally, add vegetables, bean skin, wide noodles and other easy-to-cook side dishes, cut celery into sections, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, a little salt, cover and cook for ten minutes;
5. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds and serve.
