Exercise 1:
1. Wash and blanch Flammulina velutipes, remove cold white water, let it cool, and drain.
2. Wash and blanch the Chinese caterpillar fungus, and drain the water.
3. Wash and shred cucumber and marinate with salt.
Carrots are planted in peaches. Turn off the hot oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the carrots.
