Raw materials: brine tofu.
Accessories: minced onion and ginger, onion segments, light soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, water starch and onion oil.

1. Cut the tofu into pieces, then put it in boiling water and soak it in salt for 10 minute to remove the beany smell, take it out and drain it for later use.
2. prepare the pot. When the pan is hot, pour in the right amount of oil. When the oil is hot, add tofu slices and fry until both sides are golden.
3. Add hot oil to another pot. When the oil is hot, add onion and stir fry with Jiang Mo. Then add the right amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir well.
4. Add the right amount of water to boil, pour in the fried tofu, add salt and soy sauce to taste and color, and then gently push it evenly.
5. Then turn to low heat for 3 minutes, then add water starch to collect thick soup juice, add onion and stir well, and finally pour in a little onion oil to serve.
