Pour the washed white sesame seeds into the pot and stir fry over low heat. Both white sesame and black sesame are suitable for sesame paste, and each has its own advantages in nutrition, so I used both. The oil content of white sesame seeds is a little high, so I reduced the dosage a little.

Stir-fry until slightly yellow. The frying time is about 3 minutes, which is related to the heat and the thermal conductivity of the pot. When frying, the heat must not be too strong. Stir-fry slowly with a small fire, and never over-fry. Fried sesame seeds will be very bitter.
three
Pour out the fried white sesame seeds and let them cool. Then fry black sesame seeds. The purpose of frying white sesame seeds and black sesame seeds separately is to make it easier to distinguish whether they are ripe or not.
four
Pour the washed black sesame seeds into the pot and stir fry over low heat.
five
Black sesame seeds are very heavy, so the frying time is a little longer, about 4 minutes. Then put it away and let it cool. How to judge whether it is ripe or not? Stir-fry until the black sesame seeds can be crushed by hand, which is cooked. In addition, the fried sesame seeds should be cooled before the next operation, otherwise it will be mixed with water vapor and the powder will easily become balls.

Pour the cooled sesame into the wall-breaking machine, start the grinding function, and paste it. You can also use a blender with a grinding cup. If the capacity of the grinding cup is small, it is necessary to stir it a few times.

Then add linseed oil to adjust the thin consistency, and then continue beating. Flaxseed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and is one of the most suitable vegetable oils for babies. If you can't buy it, you can use other edible vegetable oils instead.
eight
Don't pour it all at once when refueling, add it while stirring, and adjust it to a thin and slippery state.

Put sesame paste into a sterile and dry container, seal and refrigerate, and eat it within one week.
