Accessories: red pepper-1 ginger -3 tablets.
Ingredients: black lobster sauce, soy sauce, oil, sugar and dried starch.
Step 1: cut the pepper into small circles, cut the tofu into small pieces and slice the ginger for later use.
Step 2: Pour 1 tbsp oil into the wok and add tofu.
Step 3: fry on low heat until both sides are golden. Shovel the tofu to one side with a spatula, then add red pepper, ginger slices and lobster sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 4: Add soy sauce, sugar and water into a small bowl, then add a little dry starch and stir well to make the sauce. Pour the sauce into the fried tofu. Mix carefully and evenly.
Step 5: Cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Take the plate.
