Methods/steps
1. First, prepare a box of milk, just choose what you think is reliable, a box of whipped cream, 200G, an empty bowl, as long as it can hold this box of milk, and add appropriate amount of sugar according to your own taste.
2. tear the milk box, don't tear it, and then pour the milk inside into the bowl.
3. Pour the cream into the empty milk box.
4. Pour in sugar.
5. Pinch the milk box like this, then shake it until the sugar melts and the cream thickens.
6. Add 100 ml of freshly poured milk. I didn't have a measuring cup, so I used a bottle with a breast pump, haha.
7. Wrap the milk box with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it. After taking it out for an hour, put it back in the refrigerator and freeze it immediately.
8. The finished product is rich in milk flavor, but not too sweet and greasy. It is still different from ice milk with additives outside, and its taste is closer to the milk cubes that I ate as a child. I was lazy, so I slept in the refrigerator, so the taste was not so delicate, and there was ice residue, but it was also delicious. If you want to eat something exquisite, you must not be lazy. Remember to take it out and stir it for an hour.
