According to legend, after Yue Fei was killed by Qin Gui and his wife, people in Hangzhou hated Qin Gui. At that time, there was a small shop specializing in fried pasta near Wangxianqiao. When the master saw the treacherous court official Qin Gui sitting in the sedan chair every day, he was very angry. One day, he kneaded the pasta into a human shape and put it in an oil pan. While frying, he shouted, "Fry Qin Gui, fry Qin Gui!" "What does he sell? He said casually, "Fried juniper. "Hence the name.
