The whole resort covers an area of 8 square kilometers, with mountains, seas, forests, beaches, islands and reefs and small fishing villages. It is a multi-form tourism and holiday destination and the largest ecological comprehensive marine tourism project in East China so far.
The venue of today's banquet is Huahai Sports Ground in Banbianshan Scenic Area. It is not so much a banquet as an experience of returning to nature. The day's activities begin at 2 pm, and the first thing all the guests attending the banquet have to do is to camp. For people who live in cities all the year round, this is a very meaningful outdoor experience. Everyone worked hard to build the camp. When sitting in a tent to make a fire, I have forgotten all the complexities of life, and my heart is extremely calm and calm.
Chatting here, being in a daze, feeling the freedom in this mountain forest, or helping to build an earthen kiln for afternoon tea are all extravagant wastes of time. However, for such a waste, everyone is willing and willing.
Good times always seem to pass faster, and soon the evening approaches and the sky slowly darkens. Today's highlight is about to be staged. Light a bonfire, wine and flowers are ready, just wait for everyone to sit down and enjoy a delicious meal cooked by a five-star chef in Shan Ye.
The banquet starts at 17: 30 in the evening. The first course is an appetizer, which consists of smoked mackerel with apple wood, Liberian ham, blown lemon cream and fried shallots. This appetizer sounds like a lot of ingredients, but it is only made into two short pieces 1 cm long. It tastes quite good. The flavors of various ingredients blend together and set off each other, so that the whole dish is full and full, and it is definitely a pleasure to match it with selected white wine.
The second course is soup. Wild vegetable soup made from local wild vegetables in Xiangshan with fresh bamboo shoots, cordyceps flowers and fish balls. This soup is also small and looks ordinary, but its taste is refreshing and delicious. It is a special occasion to taste this soup in Shan Ye.
The first course of the main course is sweet and sour fried deep-sea prawns, cuttlefish noodles, black truffles and coral slices. The ingredients of the whole dish are reasonable, the dishes are exquisite and the taste is slightly biased, which is a perfect match with the selected red wine.
The first few dishes are cooked by the chef in the kitchen and then transported to the mountain. Next is the main course baked on the spot, and you can smell the fragrance floating in the distance when you sit in the mat. This is the second main course. Charcoal-grilled tomahawk steak with carrots, vanilla potatoes and pineapple. I don't need to say more about this smell. Looking at pictures makes people drool. The serving of Tomahawk Steak also pushed the whole banquet to a climax.
Finally, this dessert is very creative, reflecting the chef's skill and imagination. The bright sky, the base of the sea of clouds is made of cotton candy, and the planet in the middle is a chocolate ball. After knocking, the ball is divided into two halves, and there is a cherry in it. The idea of the whole dessert was really brain-opening, and I gave the chef a thumbs-up sign.
