Steps
1. Wash the ingredients, break off the cauliflower into small florets, cut the tofu, cut the green onion into sections, mince the garlic, and cut the rice pepper into rings.
2. Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
3. Add cauliflower and fried tofu until cauliflower is tender.
4. Add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, then add half a bowl of water to cover the ingredients.
5. Cook over medium-low heat until the soup is slightly dry, add green onion segments and salt (take some out for the bandits).
