1. Open Excel and click the page layout in the lower right corner.

2. Click the page layout on the toolbar and select the paper orientation and horizontal orientation.

3. Hold down the left mouse button, frame the first line, click the toolbar, merge cells, and add all border lines. Adjust the row height on the left.

4. In the header of the first line, fill in the list of table names and food raw materials of the Food and Beverage Department, set the font to No.24, select bold, and select the center format.

5. Hold down the left mouse button to select the lower area, and click the toolbar to add all border lines.

6. Adjust the height of the second line on the left, box out the marked areas in the figure in turn, click the toolbar, and select the merged cells.

7. After selecting the marked area in the box, click the toolbar and select Cross Merge.

8. In the header of the second line, fill in the corresponding project name, press and hold the left mouse button to select the box, click the toolbar, center it, make it bold, click the fill color, and select the shading color.

9. After the form is filled out, you can fill it out.
