Recipe practice:

4. Put the oxtail in a pressure cooker, add 8- 10 pieces of ginger, onion, pickled radish and pepper, washed water-soaked mushrooms, a little chopped pepper and about 1 liter of water.
5. Turn off the fire after the fire and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
