Hericium and turtle can be eaten together
Reference recipe:
Ingredients: 300 grams of Hericium and one soft-shell turtle (about 1000 grams).
Accessories: 50 grams of cooked ham slices, a small amount of wolfberry and shiitake mushrooms.
Seasoning: appropriate amounts of refined salt, cooking wine, ginger slices, green onions, MSG, and chicken broth.
Method: 1. Wash the fresh Hericium mushrooms, remove impurities, blanch them in boiling water, remove them, squeeze out the water, and cut them into small pieces.
2. Blanch the turtle in boiling water, disembowel it, remove its internal organs, wash and drain.
3. Put Hericium, soft-shell turtle, cooked ham slices, wolfberry, shiitake mushrooms, cooking wine, ginger slices, and chicken soup into a casserole. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. .
4. After the soft-shell turtle is cooked, add green onions, refined salt, MSG, and season. Serve.
Chef’s reminder: The soft-shelled turtle must be cleaned and the butter inside removed, otherwise it will easily cause the whole pot to have a peculiar smell. Remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms and Hericium erinaceus.
