Tools/materials: pork tenderloin, red pepper, bell pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, starch, soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, salt and oil.
1. Prepare the ingredients for later use. Cut the pork loin from the middle piece and cut off the white part in the middle, because the white part will smell fishy. Slant the pork loin at 45 degrees, without cutting the bottom, then turn it upside down, cut it at 45 degrees again, cut it with the third knife, and slice the green pepper for later use.
2. Put into a container, add onion, ginger, starch and pepper, add a spoonful of cooking wine, add a spoonful of soy sauce, add a proper amount of cooking oil, lock the water, mix well, seal with plastic wrap and marinate for one hour.
3. Heat the oil into the pork tenderloin and fry it quickly until it is finalized.
4. Heat oil in another pot, add onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add green pepper and stir well.
5. Pour the fried pork tenderloin into the pot and stir fry. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt, and a little cooking wine. Stir well and serve. A spicy fried pork loin is ready.
