2. Peel the lettuce, wash it and shred it (please ignore the knife).
3. Crush garlic cloves, peel and cut into small pieces.
4. Pour peanuts and garlic into the pot and stir fry for about half a minute.
5. When the water is fished out and the garlic is fragrant, push the peanuts aside and pour in the right amount of corn oil.
6. Continue to fry for a while. About a minute later, when you hear a crack, add some salt and fry for another half minute.
7. Add shredded lettuce and stir fry for about two minutes.
8. When the shredded lettuce becomes soft, add a proper amount of fragrant groove and stir well.
9. Turn down the heat and cover it for two minutes.
