Maitake mushroom is fried with beef, and the method is as follows:
Tools/materials: 1 pot, 1 knife, 1 bowl, 1 shovel, 1 plate, 15g of beef, 15g of Maitake mushroom, some onion and ginger, appropriate amount of pepper, 3 spoons of oyster sauce and 6g of salt.
1. wash the maitake mushroom and tear it into small pieces.
2. Shred beef.
3. Prepare the seasoning.
4. Bring the oil into a large hot pot, then slide the beef, onion, ginger and pepper into the pot.
