What may wake children up every day is the ever-changing breakfast ~ This meng^2 panda roll is easy to learn and does not need a hand-painted foundation. Last weekend, when the child went out for a spring outing, I brought him some to share with the children. When he got home, he was particularly proud: "My cake roll is the most popular!" "
Materials:
Cake embryo part:
4 egg whites /55g sugar /4 egg yolks/35g corn oil /55g milk /8g cocoa powder/50g low-gluten flour/10g corn starch.
Cream part:
Cream 200g/ Oreo crumbs about 40g/ fine sugar 16g/ (salt can be added if you like salted cream).
Steps:
1, egg white and yolk are separated and put in waterless and oil-free pots respectively.
2. Put the corn oil and milk together, beat by hand or pump, and emulsify evenly.
3. After sieving, add powder: cocoa powder, low-gluten flour and corn starch, draw a Z shape by hand, and stir evenly until there is no dry powder.
4. Add the egg yolk and stir evenly to get a uniform and delicate egg yolk paste for later use.
5, send the protein, add sugar in three times, and send it to dry and wet foaming! (When the eggbeater is pulled up, the protein will droop, and you can't hit the upright sharp corner ~)
6. Take 1/3 protein and mix it with egg yolk paste first, then mix the mixed batter with the remaining 2/3 protein and stir evenly.
7. Pad the baking tray with greaseproof paper, pour in the batter and smooth it, and put it in the middle layer of the oven, and bake at 1700 degrees for 20 minutes (the oven needs to be preheated in advance). Let it cool after baking (I forgot to take a picture ~ The picture shows the original cake roll, just like cocoa)
8. Beat the cream with sugar and salt (reserve a small part for bear's mouth), mix well with Oreo crumbs and spread evenly on the cake slices.
9. Roll up the cake with a rolling pin and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to finalize the design.
10, measure the size, evenly cut into small pieces, squeeze out the evenly sized cream pieces with cream as the mouth, and squeeze out the eyes and nose with melted chocolate. Use almond chips or chocolate chips as ears.
Tips for slicing neatly:
