A cookbook for a family of five in Guangdong
During the Chinese New Year, the price of vegetables in Beijing is not cheap. Fortunately, I hoarded a refrigerator of vegetables and meat years ago, so that my family can eat comfortably without going out to buy food.

I cooked four dishes at home, and the sauce beef I cooked before was served with a small bowl, making a total of five dishes. Braised mutton with radish, beef with sauce, cauliflower with tomato sauce, vinegar-preserved cabbage, and tomato mixed with sugar. The staple food is purple rice with rice.

Cooking at home is simple, with less oil and salt and a lighter taste. I also like thinking about food. I will cook three meals a day for my family in different ways every day, and try to enrich the ingredients so that everyone in my family can eat comfortably and comfortably.

I haven't bought sauce beef from outside since I learned to cook sauce beef. Years ago, because I was in Beijing for the New Year, I specially made a few pieces of sauce beef, divided them into small pieces and put them in the refrigerator to freeze. Before eating, it is thawed at room temperature. Shredded onion and sauce beef are put together and poured with some delicious soy sauce. The firewood won't come loose, and the salt tastes just right. The sauce beef made by myself is really delicious.

Inner Mongolia mutton sent by my friend is fresh and tender. I like to stew it with radish, either carrot or white radish. This time I used white radish. First cut the mutton into small pieces and soak it in blood, then blanch it with cold water, and then put the oil on the wok. Then put the ginger slices into the wok, and then fry the mutton slices until they are cooked. Stir well with braised soy sauce and savory soy sauce, and add enough hot water. After boiling, simmer for more than 90 minutes. The longer the stew, the softer the mutton will be. If there are old people or children at home. Finally, add chopped white radish and stew together. After adding rock sugar, the fire juice can be eaten.

Braised mutton can also be stewed with cinnamon, cinnamon and other spices, and seasonings can be added according to your own preferences.

This is a home-cooked dish that my children like very much, and it is also very easy to cook, but it is delicious to choose ripe tomatoes. Cut cauliflower into small flowers, blanch in boiling water pot for 1 min, and then take it out. After blanching, the cauliflower with green stems will turn blue and look good. Heat a wok, add cooking oil, put the chopped tomatoes and blanched cauliflower into the wok, stir-fry until the tomatoes are juicy and the cauliflower is tasty, and season with salt.

A few Chinese cabbages were hoarded years ago, which should be the cheapest vegetables during the Spring Festival. Cut the leaves of Chinese cabbage into small pieces, heat them in a wok, add cooking oil, shredded ginger and shredded garlic, stir-fry Chinese cabbage on a large scale, season with salt, and cook with white vinegar before taking it out.

If you like spicy food, you can also put some dried red peppers and ginger slices in the wok. Hot and sour food is also delicious.

The simplest and most popular way to eat tomatoes is to cut the washed tomatoes into small pieces, put them on a plate and sprinkle with sugar. Children can cook this dish by themselves. Tomatoes are ripe, and sugar is easy to make soup. This soup is usually rushed to drink. It's really sweet!

There is a meal of rice every day. I always feel bored when I eat rice, so I will add some other rice to the rice and stew it together. This time, purple rice was added, only a small handful was added. The stewed rice is very nice and delicious.
