Ingredients: 4 pieces of Yu Zi tofu, half a carrot and green pepper 1 piece.
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, a little chopped green onion, 1 spoonful of starch, 5 spoons of clear water, 2 spoons of fresh soy sauce, 1 spoonful of salt and half a spoonful of sugar.
Steps:
1. Cut Yu Zi tofu into sections.
2. The surface is covered with a layer of corn starch.
3. There is a little more oil in the pot, and the oil temperature is 50% hot. Put tofu in a pot and fry it over medium heat.
4. Fry until the surface is golden, remove, turn to high heat, and fry again 1 min.
5. Take out the spare.
6. Heat the oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and stir-fry, then pour in the side dish and stir-fry evenly, add the fragrant soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry until the dish is broken, and add water starch (thicken).
7. Pour in the fried tofu and stir well.
8. Add salt and mix well.
9. Serve.
