The inverted roof CCP thermal insulation composite board with waste polystyrene foam as thermal insulation material developed in this project makes full use of the good thermal insulation performance of waste polystyrene foam, adopts special machinery to crush and granulate, takes a very small amount of cement as bonding material, stirs in special lightweight aggregate stirring equipment, and forms through molds. The thermal insulation material layer and protective layer of the product are compounded together, the product size is standardized, it can be industrialized, the construction and maintenance are convenient, the appearance is beautiful, and the roof engineering cost is reduced by 20%. Waste polystyrene foam should keep its original particle size as much as possible, generally 4-7 mm, and must be broken with special equipment.
Foamed polystyrene particles are very light, do not absorb water and are extremely difficult to mix. The special lightweight aggregate mixer developed in this project can fully mix polystyrene foam particles only with cement as binder, and has good thermal performance and high compressive strength after mixing.
The thermal insulation material layer and protective layer of the product are combined together, which has obtained national patent, mature molding technology and can be industrialized.
