Ingredients: meta meat 12g, walnut meat 12g, mussel 12g, lean meat 120g, ginger slices.
Practice: Walnut kernel is shelled and washed, meta meat is washed, mussels are removed from impurities, and soaked and washed. Put all the ingredients in an earthenware pot, add 8 bowls of water and make a thick soup.
4 salted shrimps
Ingredients: shrimp 300g, onion 10g, ginger, salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate and yellow wine.
Practice: cut the shrimp, wash and drain; Put 500 ml of water in the pot, bring to a boil, and add onion, ginger and salt. When the peppers are cooked until fragrant, add shrimps and yellow wine, and cook until the foam rises and floats to the end. At the same time, pour the soup into a clay pot and cool it before eating.
