Materials:
Bitter gourd 1 root
Two eggs
Salt 5g, light soy sauce 5ml, cooking wine 2ml.
Exercise:
1. Wash bitter gourd, remove both ends and cut into thin slices for later use.
2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add salt, soy sauce and cooking wine, and stir well to make egg liquid for later use.
3, hot pot cold oil, put the bitter gourd slices into the pot and stir fry until soft and smooth, remove and set aside.

5. Finally, put the bitter gourd slices into the pot and stir fry again. Put the fried eggs and bitter gourd on a plate and serve.
Tip: when frying eggs, be sure to cook them before pushing them, so that the egg liquid is completely cooked, which will taste better.
