Ingredients pork belly
Seasoning: salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, pepper, onion, ginger, peanut oil, coriander, sesame oil and soup.
Exercise 1. Clean the shark and cut off the blade.
2. Saute chives and ginger, stir-fry pork belly, put fish and add soup.
3. Boil over medium heat, and then stew over low heat.
4. Add pepper and coriander.
Features: the soup is milky white and the fish is fresh and tender.
Tip: Live sharks are best for stewing sharks, but frozen sharks are not suitable for stewing sharks.
After the shark is boiled, add garlic sprouts and shredded ginger soy sauce and stay together for 10 minutes, which is a good Taiwanese dish.
Stir-fried shark with garlic sprout: material: shark meat 1 kg garlic sprout 3 ginger 1 small red pepper 1.
Marinade: salt 1/2 teaspoons of soy sauce 1 teaspoon.
Exercise:
