1. Ingredients:

1 goose, 4 garlic seedlings, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of salt, a few pieces of yellow sugar, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of rice wine and soy sauce.

2. Practice:

(1) Material treatment: chop the goose, slice the ginger, cut the pepper into small pieces, and pat the garlic with the back of the knife.
