(1) 20g of japonica rice, 20g of cactus cut into slices, make porridge, drink porridge and eat cactus.

(5) Take sesame oil orally, 3 times a day, 1 to 2 mouthfuls each time.
(6) Sea cucumber intestines (all sea cucumber viscera), roasted on a tile, grind into powder, take it with rice wine when the disease occurs, the amount is optional.
(7) Take 500g of seaweed (dry product), bake it on a charcoal stove until it becomes slightly brown, do not roast it into black charcoal, dip it in soy sauce, or eat it in broth, the quantity is optional.
(8) Take an appropriate amount of peeled millet skin, dry it, grind it into powder, and take it three times a day with boiled water.
