Spiced fried pork chop
Ingredients: 500g pork chop, 200g flour, 2 eggs, 200g bread crumbs, 2g salt, 2g black pepper 1 g ginger powder, 2g garlic powder and 20g cooking oil.
Manufacturing method and steps
1. Pork chops are peeled, washed and dried, and then several cuts are made in the meat with a knife, which will make the meat more palatable.
2. Wrap the pork chop with plastic wrap and beat it with a hammer or the bottom of the pot to make the meat thin, but don't hammer it too hard.
3. Prepare 3 bowls, one with flour, one with 2 eggs and the third with bread crumbs.
4. Wrap the hammered pork chop with flour first, then dip it in egg liquid, add ginger powder, black pepper powder and garlic powder, and finally wrap it with bread crumbs until the meat is completely wrapped.
