Rooster half a fresh papaya 1 millet spicy 6~8 (spicy can be added)
6 dried peppers, a small piece of ginger, a proper amount of garlic, 8 fruits, 2 tsaoko, 4 peppers and one handful.
Exercise:
1. Wash chicken, slice fresh papaya, and remove seeds for later use.
2. Put the oil in the pan, add the dried chili, star anise, tsaoko (opened with the back of a knife) and chili and fry until cooked. Add ginger, garlic and millet and stir fry.
3. Add the chicken (in fact, it can be pickled in advance to taste better) and stir-fry until the chicken is half-cooked. Pour into a small saucepan, add boiling water and salt to stew for 10 minute, and then add sour papaya to cook (sour papaya will come out in six or seven minutes).
4. Add a little sugar to adjust the sour taste before cooking, and add more if the salt is not enough.
