Method for making tofu box

Dice pork, bamboo shoots, laver, fungus, leek, tomato and cucumber.

Cut the tofu into pieces 5 cm long and 3 cm wide (I cut it bigger).

Add oil to the pot. When it is 80% hot, fry the tofu piece by piece.

When fried to golden brown, remove the tofu.

Leave a little oil in the spoon and stir-fry diced meat with minced onion and ginger.

Pour in the sauce (soy sauce, cooking wine and water), then add dried seaweed, winter bamboo shoots, fungus, clear soup and a little salt, stir-fry until cooked, and turn off the heat.

Then pour in diced chives and mix well with the fried stuffing.

Put the fried stuffing into a bowl.

Cut the fried tofu blocks horizontally on each block (one side is connected) to form a box shape.
