How to stick rice noodles to make cakes?
Mix sticky rice flour and baking powder evenly and put them in a bowl.
Pour sugar and yeast into warm water to melt.
Pour the melted sugar yeast powder water into the sticky rice noodle bowl and stir until there are no particles and no powder blocks. Add grapes and stir well.
I use an 8-inch cake film, or I can use a big bowl instead. I coated the mold with oil to prevent demoulding.
Cover it with plastic wrap and make it twice as big. It can be fermented in the microwave oven in winter and at room temperature in summer. If cracks appear on the surface during fermentation, you can sprinkle some water.
Put cold water on the pot, bring it to a boil, turn to low heat for 30 minutes, and simmer for 5 minutes after turning off the heat. It tastes soft when it is hot, and it is thicker when it is cold. Before steaming, you can also sprinkle some raisins or red dates and medlar on the surface for decoration.
Cut it with a serrated knife and put it on a plate. If you don't eat that day, you can put a cold storage layer, microwave 1 minute.
