Ingredients: 400g fish fillet, red bell pepper 1, green bell pepper 1, half onion, egg 1, and proper amount of flour.
Steps:
1. First, use less pepper, wine and marinate fish fillets for 30 minutes (about a teaspoon, but really use less salt), and then drop 1/4 whole eggs when preparing to cook.
2. Cut Jiang Mo minced garlic, red and green bell pepper and onion into pieces.
3. Fry the salted fish with flour in a frying pan and take it out (keep the fire), then oil the red, green, sweet pepper and onion.
4. Sauce: 3 tablespoons sugar +3 tablespoons vinegar +6 tablespoons water+a little cornflour and mix well (mix well with sweet and sour water).
