6 ~ 8 Argentine red shrimps
A short piece of onion
ginger slice
Two cloves of garlic
Four spoonfuls of cooking wine
Proper amount of salt
Two spoonfuls of olive oil
Recipe practice:
1. Cut off the beard of the shrimp with scissors, open the back, then cut the shrimp meat along the back with a knife and marinate it with a little salt and cooking wine for 30 minutes.
