Dishes: Braised crispy duck (or sliced duck), steamed mandarin fish (or West Lake vinegar fish) and crab with garlic paste.
Hot dishes: crystal shrimp soup with bean sprouts, diced Chili chicken, fried fish fillets, oil-guzzling beef, scallops baked with salt (spare dishes, fried mushrooms, garlic clams).
Dim sum: steamed soup pumpkin pie or garden soup with bean paste.
Soup: old duck soup or mushroom soup (fish head soup is also good)
Fruit: watermelon slices, cantaloupe, pitaya and other platters.
