Composition:
A chicken, a little onion, five onions, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of oyster sauce, a little sesame oil, a little chicken juice, a teaspoon of cooking wine, a little salt, a little sugar, a garlic, a little Jiang Mo, some carrots and a little ribs sauce.
Cooking steps:
1. Prepare a chicken. Separate the chicken feet from the chicken and rub them with a little salt.
2. Prepare the required materials and some carrots.
3. Pour minced garlic and Jiang Mo into the sauce and stir well.
4. Apply the sauce to the chicken's body and stomach with disposable gloves, rub it as much as possible, rub it back and forth like a massage, and pour the remaining sauce into the chicken's stomach to marinate for ten or twenty minutes.
