1, rapeseed and dried bean curd
Ingredients: tofu 1 kg, rape 500g, dried seaweed100g.
Accessories: vegetable oil 150g, sesame oil 15g, refined salt 15g, monosodium glutamate 10g, water starch 40g and chopped green onion 20g.
Practice: Cut the tofu into cubes 1.5 cm square, boil the dried seaweed and cut into pieces. Wash and chop rape. Put oil in the pan, heat it, put it in a wok with chopped green onion, add tofu and dried laver, stir fry a few times, then add rape, stir fry thoroughly, add salt, thicken it, and finally add monosodium glutamate and sesame oil.
2, meat tofu cake
Ingredients: 500 grams of fat and lean meat and 200 grams of tofu.
Accessories: sesame oil 10g, soy sauce 150g, refined salt 10g, monosodium glutamate 10g, water 75g, chopped green onion 20g and Jiang Mo 10g.
Practice: Chop the meat into stuffing and feed it with soy sauce and Jiang Mo. Crush tofu, add the fed meat stuffing, water starch, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, chopped green onion and a little water, and stir into a paste. Spread the meat and tofu paste into a 10 small dish and steam it in a drawer for 15 minutes.
3, meat tofu balls
Ingredients: 500 grams of meat stuffing, 200 grams of tofu, 500 grams of green vegetables (vegetables, rape and cabbage) and 2 eggs.
Accessories: sesame oil 15g, monosodium glutamate 10g, soy sauce 50g, refined salt 12g, starch 20g, onion and Jiang Mo each 10g.
Practice: Mix the minced tofu and minced meat, minced onion and ginger, 7 grams of refined salt, eggs, soy sauce and starch with a little water to make a paste. Wash vegetables and cut them into filaments for later use. Pour the water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Squeeze the bean paste into balls with the size of 1.5cm, add shredded vegetables and refined salt, and finally add oil and monosodium glutamate.
