Vegetable products
All vegetables will do, except leeks. Because it may affect milk production.
seafood
Choose carefully! Most seafood may have problems. At present, only crucian carp has been proved to be safe and can be milked. Shrimp and crab need further study, so don't touch them for the time being.
meat products
Most meat can be eaten, but avoid being too greasy. Black-bone chicken trotters are the first choice, and peanut stewed trotters are milking artifacts!
Fruit products
These common apples, peaches, bananas, pitaya and grapes are all good choices. But remember to cook or steam it, eat it while it is hot, and never eat it raw!
