Ingredients are processed as follows
1, break the eggs with some salt.
2. Slice lean meat, add some salt, soy sauce and oil consumption (you can add some pepper), and mix some sweet potato powder. Lean meat can be thawed in water because it is taken out of the refrigerator.
I don't add chicken essence because I think soy sauce and fuel consumption are very fresh. )
