Xiantao, formerly known as Mianyang, has a history of more than 5,000 years of civilization and a history of 1500 years of establishment. Mianyang County in the Southern and Northern Dynasties, Fuzhou in the Sui and Tang Dynasties, Mianyang County in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, and Mianyang County in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Xiantao is a famous "hometown of steamed vegetables" in China. Mianyang Three Steams has a history of more than 600 years. Xiantao has a diet custom of "no cooking, no steaming and no banquet". "Mianyang Sanzheng" is one of the top ten famous dishes in Hubei, and it is an important part and masterpiece of Hubei cuisine.
