Exercise:
1. Wipe off the water of the red pepper, remove the pedicle and grind it with a meat grinder.
2. Garlic (4 heads), ginger (one piece) and pepper are mashed together! The apple is broken, too.
3. Put the processed peppers, garlic and ginger apples into a clean waterless basin, then add salt and sugar and stir well, then stir, put the chopped Chili sauce into a clean waterless bottle, sprinkle with white wine and cover the bottle cap.
5. It usually takes about a week to put it in the refrigerator.
6, delicious, not particularly spicy, can be eaten with rice, or chopped pepper dipped in tomato sauce on bread is also great. I sometimes use it to make tofu with chopped peppers. When I make fish-flavored shredded pork, I use homemade spicy sauce instead of Pixian bean paste. It tastes unique!
