Two eggs, agar 2-3g, white drink 150ml (milk or coconut juice, almond dew), orange drink 100ml (orange juice or mango juice), and proper amount of sugar.
The above is the weight of 1~2 jelly eggs. There must be more milk and juice.
Exercise:
1, and the agar is soaked in tap water for 20 minutes until it absorbs water completely and turns white and translucent;
2. After the agar is soaked in water, carefully poke a hole in the top of the egg with scissors, and then crush the egg liquid with a toothpick to make it easy to flow out. After all the egg liquid flows out, pour cold water into the eggshell to wash away the residual egg liquid, and then pour hot water to wash it again;
3. After the agar is soaked, the excess water is poured out, and three fifths of the agar, together with the appropriate amount of sugar and 150ml milk, is poured into a pot and boiled over low heat, while stirring until the agar is completely melted;
4. Carefully pour the cooked milk agar solution into the egg shell and fill it. Then put the eggs aside and let them cool naturally and solidify, or put them in the refrigerator to accelerate solidification. 10 minutes is enough;
5. After the egg is solidified, break the eggshell carefully and try to break the whole egg. Then carefully peel off the eggshell and get a jelly egg. Then carefully cut it in half with a knife, dig a half hole in the middle with a small metal spoon, and then use it to hold' egg yolk';
6. Make the remaining agar and orange juice into liquid by the method of 3, put some in the pit of' protein' with a spoon, and it will become' egg yolk' after solidification. At this point, the work is completed.
The rest of the milk, orange juice, can also be made into "fried eggs" oh ~ hehe! Agar can be dissolved after solidification and heating, so if you don't put enough agar for solidification, you can soak it a little more and then put it in for cooking.
