Accessories: Zanthoxylum bungeanum and aniseed.
Methods/steps:
Wash the peanuts first and dry them for later use.
Boil pepper and fennel in boiling water for 5 minutes and cool. Then put in peanuts and soak them for about 15 minutes, then take them out (drain water) and put them on a plate for later use.
Put peanuts in a shallow dish, sprinkle some salt (according to your appetite), put them in the microwave oven and turn on the fire. About three minutes, not too long.
After 3 minutes, put on gloves and take out the plate. Stir the peanuts evenly and put them in the microwave oven. The fire is still 2-3 minutes away. When you smell the smell of peanuts, continue to heat for one minute.
Time is up, take out the plate and let it stand for 10~20 minutes, and a plate of crispy peanuts will come out.
