1. Prepare the chef's cup, yogurt bacteria and pure whole milk.
2. Chef's cup is filled with 2/3 freshly boiled water and covered for 2 minutes.

4. Pour the hot water out of the original cup, pour the milk into the cup stewed by the chef, pour half a bag of mushroom powder and stir with the spoon brought by the chef.
5. Leave it for 8 hours
6. You can have a cup of fresh homemade yogurt in the morning.
