Method:
Cut morning bamboo shoots into hob cubes (you don’t have to follow the recipe for how much bamboo shoots you want to eat, I can eat a pot of bamboo shoots by myself. Haha)
Cut the salted chicken into pieces (then the ingredients are ready...isn't it super simple)
Put the two ingredients into a pot with boiling water, add rice wine, salt and sugar. Then cover the pot and let it simmer~
The soup is milky white, you can test the hardness of the bamboo shoots.
Then add a little MSG before serving (you don’t need to add it because the bamboo shoots and chicken are already very fresh)
