Ingredients: trotters 1 pig, 50g peanut kernel, 5 bowls of water, ginger slices, onion segments, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
Exercise:
1. Scrape and clean pig's trotters, chop them into small pieces, blanch them in boiling water, remove blood foam, take them out, and soak peanuts in water for 2 hours. The bottom of the casserole is covered with ginger slices and onion segments, preferably at the bottom of the casserole, which can effectively prevent pig's trotters from sticking to the casserole during the marinating process.
2. Put the pig's trotters in a casserole, add ginger slices and onion segments, add wine and water, bring them to a boil over high fire, and then simmer for about an hour.
3. Add soaked peanuts, soy sauce and sugar and stew for about 50 minutes until the trotters are soft and rotten. Finally, add the right amount of salt to taste.
