Homemade braised beef

The first step: prepare the ingredients.

1. Poke holes with toothpicks to make them more delicious.

2. Cut the beef tendon into sections.

3. Put beef shank in cold water and add cooking wine + ginger.

4. After the water boils, remove the foam and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Start braised meat.

1. Add a small amount of oil. Add rock sugar and stir-fry over low heat until golden brown.

2. Add seasonings, chili, pox paste, ginger, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Add meat + hot water, the water should cover the meat.
