The kitchen is next to the toilet, and you can occasionally smell that strange smell when you eat. Three Sichuan waiters and an old woman waiter are the boss's mother, but it is estimated that the business is too good, so the old mother is hanging, so don't serve in a hurry, or the old mother will greet your mother.

2. "Vivian Hotel", the original site is next door to Salon Hotel. Later, the female foreman of this hotel started her own business and took the male chef away. The new store is located near Yue Ming Road in Hexi. The dishes you must order are: eel soup and steamed chicken. The price is a little expensive. When I was in an old shop, there were two old comrades, a man and a woman, who were making wine there, and I was deeply impressed. I haven't visited this restaurant for over a year. I don't know how it is now.

3. "Dida Chicken Shop", opposite the South Park of Huancheng South Road, has a general environment. As the name implies, it is a must: chicken pot and all kinds of game, but it is not recommended because there are many parasites on wild goods.

4. "Xu 'an Hotel", near Xu 'an Village, is a shortcut by turning into the path from Chengdong Road and crossing the train culvert. This restaurant is an authentic canteen hotel, and a table has to be turned over several times to satisfy the high appetite of the masses. The price is reasonable, and children are not deceived. If they eat more than 100 yuan, the boss and chef will personally send them to China. Must-order dishes: white belly, white chicken and clam soup.

5. "Shuxiang Sichuan Restaurant" is located in the middle section of Hezhen Road opposite Jiaxing College, and its boss is Sichuan chef Zhang Hua. The store is not big, and the business is good (the boss bought a Buick Excelle after opening for one year). The dining environment is average, but it is clean. If you go, you must find it at least one hour in advance. Spicy friends should like it. I must order spicy fish with Chinese sauerkraut (most people eat too much). Although there is "roast chicken", it is not delicious and is not recommended.

Another Sichuan restaurant, Shuzhu Hotel, is run by a Sichuanese who is also a chef. It used to be an extremely shabby garbage shop. Located on the east side of Chengnan Road, it has been moved to the west side of Chengnan Road. Its appearance is still a junk shop, but its internal grade has been improved. The evaluation is to upgrade to "garbage transfer station". Need some salted duck gizzards and fish with Chinese sauerkraut (not killed alive, sold by weight, sold by portion).

7. The "Baxiang Boiled Fish" north of the intersection of Zhongshan Road and Huancheng West Road is called "Baxiang Boiled Fish", but its boiled fish taste is really unsatisfactory. My evaluation: the maximum score is 55 points, failing! On the contrary, its dry-fried "crayfish" tastes good, while its "stewed three fresh" is not bad. I don't recommend other dishes myself.

8. "Beijing Shuan rou City", in the middle of Jianguo Road, is the back door of the Federation of Trade Unions. Although it is under the banner of Beijing, its hotpot is far from authentic Beijing goods, but its "Yangxiezi" hotpot is not bad. "Sheep Scorpion" means the backbone of sheep, which is quite good after drinking. Of course, this sheep scorpion is still much worse than Beijing's, that is, "sheep flavor". Now its semicolon is opened in front of Sunshine Square on Hexing North Road, with more elegant decoration and worse taste.

9. "Lai Bao Baijidian", the northwest corner of the intersection of Dongsheng Road, Chengbei Road, was originally named "Xiaolaibao". Its boss is the next-door neighbor of the original "Little Laibao", and the so-called "borrowing chickens to lay eggs, borrowing fame to make a fortune", and Xiaolaibao himself died of poverty last year (this column made his third episode of "Upper Middle School" last year, which can be regarded as his last work), and its trademark was recognized by a woman. Subei chicken with weight over 0/5 kg/kloc-was boiled into boiled chicken with acceptable taste. Personally, I think it is the best imitation of all families after Xiao Laibao's death. The chef in this shop changes constantly, but the boss cooks the chicken himself. So all the dishes except boiled chicken are in a mess, but the price is extremely cheap. If diners go, it is suggested to chop a chicken leg, and the boss will personally remove the bones, which is quite similar to the knife method of dividing cattle in the past, and the price is about 14 yuan.

10. "Yipin Xiang Dumpling House", Yuexiu North Road, opposite the former Xiuzhou District Environmental Protection Bureau, Northeast Cuisine. The boss cooks in the same color. Recommended dishes are: sauerkraut vermicelli, pork hand (this kind of pork hand has been roasted with open fire), tiger dish (northeast cold dish made of shredded onion, shredded green pepper, coriander and mustard oil), and other dishes are not accepted.
