According to the required classification, enter the required classification name in A 1 and B 1.

Select the required data with the left mouse button, click Toolbar-Formula-Specify, only check the first line of the specified name in the pop-up box, and click OK.

Two: Select the first row as the category group.

Select the first row of data with the left mouse button, click Toolbar-Formula-Name Manager, enter the category in the pop-up box, and click OK.

Three: Set the first-level drop-down list

Select the range to be filled in under the category column, click Toolbar-Data-Validity, the pop-up box will click Settings, and the validity condition drop-down box will select the order.

Enter: = category in the Source column and click OK.

Click the drop-down box and you will see the first-level classification. A2, B2 and C2 are selected as different classifications.

Fourth, set up a two-level drop-down list.

Select the range to be filled behind the name column with the mouse, and click Toolbar-Data-Validity-Settings to select the sequence under the validity condition.

Enter: =indirect($A2) in the source column and click OK.

Click the drop-down bar option in the name bar to select the item directly corresponding to the category.
