Select the range to be filled in under the category column, click Toolbar-Data-Validity, the pop-up box will click Settings, and the validity condition drop-down box will select the order.

Enter: = category in the Source column and click OK.

Click the drop-down box and you will see the first-level classification. A2, B2 and C2 are selected as different classifications.

Fourth, set up a two-level drop-down list.

Select the range to be filled behind the name column with the mouse, and click Toolbar-Data-Validity-Settings to select the sequence under the validity condition.

Enter: =indirect($A2) in the source column and click OK.
