Method 1: List the menus.

First, write the menu names in the blank cells of the table by column, then select the cell area where the menu needs to be set, and then click Data-Data Verification-Data Verification on the toolbar in turn;

Enter the setting interface, select the allowed order, select the menu area listed at the source, and confirm. As shown in the figure below:

Method 2: Direct input

Without listing the menu name, select the area to be set, and directly click Data-Data-Data Verification-Data Verification on the toolbar;

Enter the setting interface, allowing you to select the order, enter the menu name of the source, separated by English commas, and confirm. As shown in the figure below:

Method 3: Define the name
